Gone

Gone
I've been watching this old abandoned house about six miles west of me as it deteriorated. Finally someone decided enough was enough. A controlled burn reduced the house and outbuildings to scrap and ashes.

    I hate to see an old house go down. I guess sometimes it's just too late to save them.

    It was in pretty poor condition. Perhaps they'll build something else that's photographable there.

    it definitely had seen better days. Probably it will end up a field . . . or a shopping mall! *grin*

    Still working on catching pictures of my deer around here. Yikes!
