I have never seen nor heard of this plant. What is it Shirl?
It's a Jack-in-the-Pulpit. You can find it in swampy woods, which is what our woods are.
Cool flower. I don't think I've seen one in person but have heard of it. My hummers are still visiting. I'm on my 3rd batch of sugar water!
Looks more like Dick-in-the-pulpit to me. Haha, sorry, that was naughty.
