On the left side of the hutch, there are three shelves, covered by a glass door. There are books on the bottom shelf. The first thirteen titles are:
You Can Make a Collage
The New Graphic Design School
Poetry for Dummies
Webmastering for Dummies
Networking for Dummies
Marketing Strategies for Writers
Codes and Secret Writing
A Patriot's Handbook (compiled by Caroline Kennedy)
Glacier's Grandest
How To Think Like Leonardo Da Vinci
Camping (my dad's book)
The Arrow Book of States (35 cents, one of the first books I bought)
Universal Principles of Design
I guess I should read them sometime, eh?

Good Saturday Morning!
Okay, a few years back Susan-on-the-other-side-of-the-world had told us about Australian burgers. They have things like beets and eggs and stuff on them. Julie found a picture.
And speaking of Julie, I did my Thursday 13 on paper, but forgot to post. So here we go:

Thursday 13
Well, this week it's time to list 13 things I like that begin with the letter Q, as Julie did. Here we go.
1. Quiet. One of the many reasons I like living in the country. The quiet is wonderful. (However, tonight it is broken by the chirrup of a cricket in the heating ducts. The cats can't reach it.)
2. Quality. Quality in anything or anyone.
3. Quizzes! And doesn't the internet have a lot of them!
4. Quilts. Beautiful, old, hand-pieced quilts. Great for snuggling in on cold winter nights.
5 & 6. Quivers and Quakes (that go with that O word I couldn't say a couple of weeks ago)
7. Quotations.
8. Quacking of ducks.
9. Quickness. Not that I possess any.
10. Quaint little villages.
11. Quantum Tea.
12. Quartz.
13. And, with football season coming on, let us not forget Quarterbacks! (Though linemen are my absolute favorites.)
