Is it like a tipping competition?
umh. I don't know tipping. This is a basketball competition for the colleges and universities. It's become big biz, and everyone (well okay, not everyone) fills out brackets and tries to do better picking the winners than their friends.
ah ha, so it is a tipping comp - picking the winners. Though why you do them in ({[brackets]}) is beyond me.
